Columbia River Knife & Tool Guppie Multi-Tool, model 9070. Bead blast color with black accents. Black blade, plain edge. Stainless steel frame. Removable stainless steel clip. Comes in box.
It's a Guppie! This tool features a wrench, knife, screwdriver, bottle opener, and LED light. Carabiner gate makes it easy to hang on a belt loop, D-ring, pack, or rope. Carabiner detent can be used as a bottle opener. Knife is a high-carbon, stainless steel blade with a razor-sharp edge. Knife can be opened and closed with one hand. Adjustable wrench jaw opens to 1/2 inch. Removable bit carrier is also a high-intensity LED light and is held on by two strong magnets. 6-point interchangeable hex drive; four screwdriver bits included: 2 standard, 2 Phillips.
The Guppie was named Best Buy of the Year at the 2007 Blade Show and International Cutlery Fair in Atlanta.

The only thing I don''t like is the part that holds the bits come off to easy. Plus my hand hits the shart ends of the bits when I have it on my belt. I like it and can use it fishing and camping. Good for lots of things that you need a tool for with out carring a tool box.
