This scope is a great value. It has an excellent image with minimal abbertions. There are some slight chromatic abberations at the very edges of the image.
It has sharp focus but the fucus ring is a little stiff and is impeded by part of the body that seems mostly for aestheic purposes.
The body swivel feture is nice but the body is apparently not perfectly round as the lock knob can be slightly lossened to allow the tub to rotate and become tight during a portion of the rotation. Also the knob can be tightened to what seems "just tight enough" to stop rotation then be very difficult to loosen.
When compared to my brothers 1 year old high end scope that is of similar styling and same objective diameter this scope is very nearly as good. The little issues I mention here are worth the $1500 dollar differnce in price...Actually more because this units come with two eye pieces.
Overall, if you are looking for the best value for features, look no further. Buy the Kenai and enjoy!
